With nearly three decades of experience across law, business, and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Susan Vanderburgh has dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations lead with clarity and confidence. As a multitime founder and current Executive Director of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she brings real-world insight into governance, fundraising, and sustainable operations. Her passion for teaching, mentoring, and innovation shapes the message she shares with nonprofit leaders seeking stronger boards, smarter systems, and lasting impact.  Susan is also an author, speaker, and talk show host who integrates real-time AI tools into her workshops to help leaders work more efficiently and confidently.
